SUMMARY The Account Representative will contribute to the rapid growth of our software company."¯This role will take on prospecting and selling to prospective clients across the country over the phone, through social selling and customer facing events. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Become an expert in divisional Value Added Services & property management domain knowledge * Earn a mastery of the Value Added Services sales processes * Consultatively earn the support of decision makers * Maintain high levels of sales activities by being organized and holding yourself accountable * A commitment to solving for the business challenges or opportunities of your prospects * Successfully deliver compelling business cases to potential customers which are created to help small businesses realize their goals * Deliver monthly results through working a high volume of marketing qualified leads and leading outbound campaigns * Collaborate with onboarding and success to ensure the successful implementation & adoption of Value Added Services for our customers QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree * 3+ years of solution selling experience - SaaS-based model preferred REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES * Experience working sales cycles focused on displacing competition * Executive presence; ability to communicate at the most senior level * Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously * Strong ability and proven track-record of sourcing and closing your own pipeline * A history of over-achievement in current closing role * An intellectual curiosity that inspires interest in product capabilities and domain knowledge * A commitment to using good judgement * Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis, and to own your forecast process * Demonstrated experience including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating product value and ROI and closing new business. * Ability to present products and solutions to large groups * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Self-motivated, hard-working and detail-oriented * Ability to attend Industry meetings with industry associations and Trade Shows (may occur on evenings and weekends)
