Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager

Collaborating with a top global bank, your team will reimagine and modernize their cloud infrastructure, driving enterprise-wide transformation. In this role, you will: Discover & Assess Dive into client environments, exploring application workloads, infrastructure dependencies, and security controls. Conduct deep assessments to identify gaps and recommend strategies for cloud adoption. Become a trusted guide, delivering insightful reports and game-changing recommendations. Map out migration strategies that reduce risks and unlock automation opportunities. Lead seamless migrations for diverse workloads, from containerized applications to data analytics. Keep things running smoothly with deployment models like blue-green strategies. Build & Automate Craft scalable, secure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Set up automated pipelines that hum along with security and compliance built in. Develop clever solutions tailored to unique client challenges. Orchestrate & Containerize Build robust container strategies that make development-to-production a breeze. Automate container orchestration workflows and standardize processes. Keep cloud environments running at their best with automated performance and cost optimization. Implement high-availability configurations and smart scaling strategies. Lead Security & Compliance Bake in security with automated frameworks and access controls. Ensure every deployment checks all the compliance boxes without breaking a sweat. Share Knowledge & Empower Teams Lead collaborative workshops and code reviews with client teams. Provide detailed documentation and empower teams to extend what you've built. Qualifications: 8+ years in cloud architecture design, infrastructure automation, and microservices development. Experience as a Principal or Lead Architect is a strong plus. Deep experience with GCE / GCP, IaC tools (Terraform), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with hybrid multi-cloud environments, including a mix of on-premises, AWS, and Azure solutions. Proficiency in programming / scripting languages such as Python. Proven ability to navigate complex client environments, manage vendor relationships, and make a meaningful impact. You also have a knack for creating secure, scalable, and innovative solutions from scratch. Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills are second nature. You shine when wrangling ambiguity, cutting through the noise, and finding clarity to drive solutions. Additional skills: Familiarity with VMware, EKS, and OpenShift. Exposure to data analytics tools and platforms. Experience in highly regulated industries (banking highly preferred). AWS, GCP, or related cloud certifications.
