We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a premier healthcare facility. This executive position plays a critical role in directing financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making to drive operational efficiency and profitability. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, resource allocation, compliance, and departmental leadership in alignment with the organization's goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial leadership and manage financial departments, including Accounting, Reimbursement, Health Information, and Managed Care. Direct the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term organizational objectives. Analyze operational costs, revenue streams, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Oversee the preparation of internal financial reports, ensuring they accurately reflect the financial position of the facility. Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements, including tax filings and third-party payer cost reports. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies that support business expansion and operational improvements. Monitor financial performance metrics, identify key business opportunities, and provide recommendations for action. Evaluate and manage contracts, purchasing agreements, and financial commitments to ensure alignment with business objectives. Implement best practices in financial management to maintain fiscal responsibility and transparency. Communicate financial and operational performance metrics to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, investors, and department heads. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. 4+ years of leadership experience in hospital finance, serving as a Controller, Assistant CFO, or VP of Finance. Strong knowledge of healthcare financial regulations, reimbursement methodologies, and budget management. CPA certification preferred. Why Join Us?
