Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr JOB SUMMARY The Paid Search Specialist has one year of experience in SEM. Healthcare and Pharmaceutical experience is a plus. They are responsible for supporting the team with ad copy & keyword development, ad hoc reporting, insights, data pulls, and general campaign optimizations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Configure, deploy, and optimize Google/Bing/YouTube campaigns. JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Works with Supervisor and/or Director on pacing and optimizing SEM campaigns. Employs Search Marketing tactics to increase visibility and engagement for clients. Performs keyword research to optimize content and uncover new opportunities. Reviews and analyzes Paid Search metrics to make optimization recommendations. Assists in reporting data pulls and analyses. Assists and works alongside SEO team regarding keyword research, expansions, and performance monitoring. Stays up to date on new tools, trends, and best practices in Search Marketplace through self-initiated research and regularly shares out with the remainder of the team. Assists Supervisor and/or Senior Specialist on all Prisma billing entries. Self-educates about the pharmaceutical industry, the restrictions that come with it, learning the intricacies of pharma/RX compliance and how it impacts SEM. Produces clear, concise work that is error-free and easily understood. Continuously raises their hand to assist the team in various ad-hoc projects. Be able to pass Google and Bing beginner certifications. EDUCATION A bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study is preferred. EXPERIENCE 1+ years' experience working in Google Ads and Bing Ads is preferred. 1+ years' experience managing paid search budgets & billing processes is preferred. 1+ years' experience optimizing paid search campaigns based on performance trends is preferred. 1+ years' experience pulling raw data to assess and pinpoint performance trends is preferred. 1+ year of Pharma/Healthcare/Wellness experience is preferred. Google & Bing SEM certifications are preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Communicates effectively & understands how to translate Paid Search vernacular into client digestible communications. Proficiency in computer skills needed to manage day-to-day workflow (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Develop strong understanding of condition, therapeutic area, competitive set, key deliverables, and business objectives. Configure, deploy, and optimize Google/Bing/YouTube campaigns.
