Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law. Proven trial experience, having successfully taken at least 10 plaintiff's verdicts. Strong knowledge of Auto, Premises, and Construction law. Ability to independently handle cases from start to finish. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active license to practice law in New York. Skills: Expertise in plaintiff's personal injury law.
