Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from Patrice and Associates Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of the unit-level sales team, including hiring, training, motivating, providing in-the-moment guidance, development, coaching, and feedback or disciplinary actions of the team Maintain deep and extensive knowledge of the corporate and social events industry, current trends, and competition Develop annual pricing and sales strategy Prepare and present annual and quarterly sales targets and strategy plans for corporate and association bookings. Create new and maintain existing event products. Attend local networking events and conferences. Maintain ownership and oversee the growth of new business accounts Collaborate with the marketing department to drive strategy and revenue Partner with Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine and GM on continued menu development and custom menus when needed Minimum Requirements: 7 years experience in sales in the hospitality industry 4+ years of national or local sales team management Experience in social and corporate sales environments Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships Exceptional interpersonal written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, multi-task, and organize work to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software, i.e., Teamwork, Canva, Tripleseat, and G-suite Open to 10% local travel EOE- Equal Opportunity Employer Seniority Level: Director Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
