Come join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a Business Development Digital Marketing Specialist for Fremont Hospital! The Business Development Specialist provides Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department. The primary objective of the Business Development Specialist is to design, create and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of company services, products and brand. The Business Development Specialist develops and manages a variety of digital assets, marketing campaigns, digital touch points and owns maintenance of analytics, metrics and campaign reporting. The Business Development Specialist also cross-trains to participate in the Account Management system, assessing the needs of the customer and making the required number of marketing contacts to each account, in order to develop and maintain a long-term referral relationship which will generate a continuous flow of admissions to meet hospital census objectives. He/she plans events, provides tours, performs referral source in-services, acts as a liaison between the Referral Source and the hospital, and seeks out new business development opportunities for the hospital. Experience: Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Three (3) years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in application of marketing and sales principles; creativity and flexibility; skills in data collection analysis and interpretation; record of adherence to deadlines; and customer service skills. Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license. Additional Requirements: Ability to travel, including overnight travel as required.
