The ideal candidate will be a strong #2 for the founder, have 5-8 years of public relations experience, and will be expected to lead client engagements independently. This is an opportunity to take a leadership (and ownership) position in a boutique firm, and play a crucial role in our growth.Why join us? We are introducing a fresh vision in the work that we do. We only focus on the activities that drive sales for clients, are transparent with pricing, and work with companies who are doing really interesting things. We are relentlessly focused on what matters to clients, and as a result, our clients are our biggest advocates.What will the position entail? 70% of your time will be allocated to managing client meetings, conducting traditional media relations outreach, counseling clients on communications and content marketing strategy, coordinating and staffing media interviews, drafting social media posts, compiling monthly reports, identifying new business opportunities, and creating thought leadership content. The remaining 30% will be supporting our growth and marketing efforts as a firm.This position will begin as part-time but has the expectation to convert to full-time as the agency grows (ideally within six months).
