Employer Industry: Emergency Medical Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $119,000 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Collaborative and supportive work environment Chance to make a significant impact in emergency medical care and patient relocation services Involvement in large-scale system integrations and advanced technical challenges What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Attend project kick-off meetings to gather knowledge of business processes and requirements Work on large-scale system integrations across the organization, utilizing advanced technical expertise and project management skills Foster and maintain positive relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and external partners Configure integrations based on business requirements, consulting with vendors and business representatives Schedule and conduct rigorous testing in collaboration with CAD Administrators, ensuring operational processes are maintained What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or relevant work experience in IT supporting Public Safety or Integration Projects Minimum 7 years of experience implementing CAD interfaces in Public Safety environments Proven success with CAD-to-CAD, CAD-to-RMS, CAD-to-ePCR, and CAD-to-third-party application integrations Experience interpreting API specifications and translating business processes into system requirements Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues efficiently in a dynamic environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Knowledge of basic networking principles and server infrastructure Experience as a Public Safety CAD User and Administrator We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
