When you join RadNet as a ROCC (Remote Operations Command Centers) Technical Assistant , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders - patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Provide assistance to MRI Steering Technologist, Radiologists and/or administrative staff to provide optimal MRI safety and patient care. Convey patient history to the MRI Technologist for accurate MRI safety, assist MRI Technologists to ensure MRI safety, coil positioning, patient screening and/or history and patient observation during exams. Support technologists with procedures as needed; which includes the set-up of coils, schedule maintenance, and/or clean-up of MRI suite. Demonstrate competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information. Safeguard any onsite medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and any legal requirements. Demonstrate respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals. Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers. Demonstrate respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions. Demonstrate ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting. Demonstrate ability to establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships. To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of experience in a medical setting. Completion of an approved MR Technologist Assistant program, including hands-on clinical training. Excellent interpersonal skills, public relations, and verbal and written communication.
