Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who is also seeking a Partner track and expects to achieve this within 5 years. Responsibilities Manage a team of tax accountants Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients Research and analyze tax issues and provide recommendations to clients Manage client relationships and communicate with clients regarding tax matters Assist with tax audits and other tax-related matters Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA certification required 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, and corporations 2+ years of experience in people management Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with tax software, such as ProSystem fx Tax or similar programs If you are a driven and experienced tax professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this exciting position.
