GEA is seeking a talented Technical Repair & Parts Projects Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will maintain project plans by reviewing design and specifications for machines, creating solutions to customer specific requirements, and recommending actions to facilitate both Customer Parts and Repair requests. Your responsibilities and tasks: What you`ll do Coordinate Projects with Precision: Maintain project plans by reviewing machine designs, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. Drive Customer-Centric Solutions: Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to address repair and parts requests. Recommend actions that balance customer needs with technical feasibility. Be a Technical Expert: Leverage your understanding of machine design, technical drawings, and specifications to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Enhance Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement in repair and parts processes, driving operational excellence and contributing to service optimization. Communicate and Collaborate: Act as a key liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication across global teams and customers to manage parts deliveries, repairs, and solutions. What You'll Bring Technical Expertise: A strong background in machine design, schematics, and interpreting specifications. Project Coordination Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Customer Focus: A proactive mindset to address and resolve customer-specific challenges with clarity and efficiency. Team Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills to work across departments, stakeholders, and customers. ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM, SAP, or similar systems is a plus! Your profile and qualifications: Associates Degree in Engineering or any related technological science, preferably in the field of Mechanical or applicable process engineering. Associate degree acceptable with relevant a minimum of 5 years experience. Project Management Professional preferred. Strong mechanical and technical aptitude. 3+ years' experience in separators, centrifuge repair and/or process design. Supervisory experience and demonstrated success in one or more service-related positions desired. Ability to convey knowledge to a team in training and mentoring new team members. Experience in invoicing and billing. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Proficient in SAP. Ability to read and decipher complex technical drawings, machine descriptions or processes to assist Team in communicating with external/internal customers. Project Management skills. Proven understanding of the principles of calculus and advanced mathematics for design, analysis, and troubleshooting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills. Takes ownership and is empowered with high expectations to deliver consistent excellence to our customers, both internal and external. Committed to work as a team to deliver consistent results. Works with other departments (purchasing, logistics, accounting, sales, etc.) in a timely and professional manner. Knowledge of applicable procedures and safety measures.
