Stay current with sushi trends, sourcing the finest ingredients, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef, ideally in an upscale or Michelin-starred restaurant. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and sushi craftsmanship. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
