City/State Suffolk, VA Overview Work Shift Second (Evenings) (United States of America) Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a General Maintenance Mechanic Position Status: Full-time, Second Shift (Evenings) Position Location: Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk Virginia Standard Working Hours: Evening Shift/Mission Essential Personnel On-Call required, rotating weekends Position Summary: Performs general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems to include floors, walls, ceilings, lighting HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical electrical, plumbing and other items. Minimum Requirements: * High School or equivalent * 1 year of General Maintenance Experience * Valid Virginia or NC Driver's License .
