Works every other weekend, no on-call. May need to cover open shifts and call offs. Key Responsibilities: As the RN Unit Manager, your responsibilities will include: Daily shift supervision, scheduling, medical records, ordering of nursing supplies, med room audits/cleaning, tubing changes, monitoring wheelchair cleaning. What You Bring: Education: Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Licensure: Active RN license in the state of Ohio. Experience: Preferably 1+ years in a supervisory role. Long-term care experience is a plus! Certification: Current CPR certification.
