The ideal candidate will have a solid background in low voltage, cabling, CCTV, Access Control, security alarms, and Fire Alarm systems. The Quality Control Lead Technician is responsible for installing, training partners, and inspecting quality of work on a variety of low voltage solutions we off er our clients. As the QC Lead Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet our high standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with our engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure that our products are delivered on time and exceed our customers' expectations.Our desired candidate for this role has experience with Low Voltage Solutions (Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Fire/Burg)Responsibilities:Conduct quality control inspections of all products and servicesDevelop and implement quality control procedures and processesIdentify and address quality issues in a timely mannerWork closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure that quality standards are metTrain and mentor junior technicians on quality control procedures and processesMaintain accurate and detailed records of quality control inspections and findingsParticipate in product design and development meetings to provide input on quality control requirementsStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control processes and proceduresQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in low voltage, cabling, CCTV, Access Control, security alarms, and Fire Alarm systemsStrong knowledge of quality control processes and proceduresExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven ability to identify and address quality issues in a timely mannerAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExperience with ISO 9001 quality management system is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferredIf you are a passionate and experienced QC Lead Technician with a strong background in low voltage, cabling, CCTV, Access Control, security alarms, and Fire Alarm systems, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in the technology industry.
