The General Manager will be responsible for leading a team to achieve specific performance goals, ensuring the franchise operates efficiently and profitably. In addition to a competitive salary that scales with revenue, we offer short-term incentives and the potential for long-term rewards, such as profit sharing or equity, based on the candidate's experience and alignment with our vision.Key Responsibilities:Create an amazing culture within your teamEnsure you and your team are executing on the delivery of ground game which includes door hangers, lawn signs, and generating reviews on the Google My Business page.Make sure accounts receivable is monitored and kept in good standingBe the direct contact for commercial customers and certain residential customersGenerate revenue through growth and the acquisition of new commercial and residential customers.Monitor revenue and expensesBe able to read financial statements and update them regularlyBe the subject matter expert for your team on all services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and house washing.Outbound commercial sales including relationship building, quoting and confirmationQuality control on large projects and training technicians on quality controlHiring, onboarding, training of window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing techniciansProvide continual trainingWeekly group meetings with other franchisees and bi-weekly meetings with a franchise business advisorMonitoring and optimizing schedulingScheduling and delivering weekly safety meetings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of 5 or more employees in a service industry franchise.Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the service industry.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a track record of driving business growth.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Supportive and collaborative work environment within a growing franchise network.Sparkle Squad of Park Cities - North Dallas is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
