As we continue to scale, we are seeking aChief Financial Officer (CFO)to lead our financial strategy, optimize capital structure, and drive growth.Job SummaryTheChief Financial Officer (CFO)will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Raven3 Real Estate LLC, ensuring profitability, financial sustainability, and strategic growth. This role will involve capital raising, financial reporting, risk management, and investor relations. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop financial strategies that align with the company's investment goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial LeadershipDevelop and implementfinancial strategiesto support business expansion and profitability.Providefinancial forecasting, risk management, and investment planningto optimize company performance.Leadcapital raising efforts(debt and equity financing) to fuel growth.EvaluateM&A opportunities , joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.Identify and securefinancing from investors, private equity firms, and institutional lenders .Manage the company'scapital structure, cash flow, and debt strategy .Optimize thefinancial terms of real estate acquisitions and development projects .Financial Operations & ComplianceOverseefinancial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting .Ensure compliance withGAAP, tax regulations, and real estate industry standards .Implementcost control measuresto improve operational efficiency.Work with legal and tax advisors to developoptimal tax strategies .Investor Relations & ReportingPrepare and present financial reports toinvestors, stakeholders, and board members .Develop and maintainstrong relationships with lenders, financial institutions, and capital partners .Communicate financial performance and investment returns tocurrent and prospective investors .Build and lead ahigh-performing finance team .Establish best practices foraccounting, financial analysis, and risk management .Foster a culture oftransparency, accountability, and financial discipline .Qualifications & Requirements - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Education & CertificationsBachelor's degreein Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).Master's degree (MBA)in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Administration (preferred).Certified Public Accountant (CPA)orChartered Financial Analyst (CFA)is a plus.Experience10+ years of experiencein real estate finance, private equity, investment banking, or related fields.Strong background incapital raising, structured finance, and investor relations .Proven track record in capital raising , including debt and equity financing for real estate projects.Experience managingfinancial operations, risk assessment, and investor relationsin a real estate investment company.Hands-on experience inreal estate financial modeling, underwriting, and deal structuring .Strong knowledge oftax-efficient real estate investment strategiesandreal estate asset management .Experience working withinstitutional investors, family offices, hedge funds, and private lenders .Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency infinancial modeling, forecasting, and underwriting .Expertise inreal estate investment analysis, portfolio management, and capital markets .Strong understanding ofGAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliancefor real estate firms.Proficiency inExcel, QuickBooks, Appfolio, Argus, and other financial reporting tools .Leadership & Business AcumenAbility to develop and executelong-term financial strategiesto support business growth.Strong leadership skills tobuild, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team .Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills withlenders, investors, and stakeholders .Ability to thrive in afast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentwith high accountability.Compensation$120,000 yearly#J-18808-Ljbffr
