It has residential campuses in the Bronx and Manhattan, a campus in West Harrison, N.Y., the Louis Calder Center Biological Field Station in Armonk, N.Y., and the London Centre in the United Kingdom.The University offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts; retirement plans; life insurance; short and long-term disability; employee assistance program (EAP); tuition remission; and generous time off.Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education.Title of Position:Director, Program on Corporate Ethics and ComplianceReporting to the Assistant Dean of International Non-JD Programs, the Director oversees the day-to-day operations of all Fordham Law Corporate Compliance related programs, including the Master of Studies in Law (M.S.L.) in Corporate Compliance and LL.M. with a Corporate Compliance concentration (collectively "Compliance Programs") to ensure full, smooth functioning of the programs and to help create a new degree and non-degree programming.Essential FunctionsOversees the day-to-day operations of all Fordham Law Corporate Compliance-related programs.Works with the Senior Director in developing, promoting, and overseeing short-term and executive education programs.Assists with the admissions, orientation, and advising of Compliance Program students.Oversees the proper delivery of services by Fordham Law's online program vendor.Reviews, processes, and makes recommendations on applicants to online Compliance Programs.Administers contracts for all online Program adjunct faculty and external partners.Creates and manages online class schedules each semester.Note:This list is not intended to be exhaustive. The University may assign additional related duties as necessary.Management ResponsibilitiesGuides work of other employees who perform essentially the same work and/or student workers. Organizes, sets priorities, schedules and reviews work, but is generally not responsible for final decisions in hiring, performance management or compensation.Additional FunctionsForecasts future enrollment and maintains proper budgeting and accounting of revenues and expenses.Oversees triannual reconciliation process.Oversees the proper accreditation and related approvals for Compliance Programs.Assists in developing presentations for the Law School administration and the Advisory Board.Assists in outreach to corporations and organizations to raise interest in compliance programs.Updates courses and curriculum as deemed necessary.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Minimum of five years of administrative experience.Knowledge and SkillsHigh degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint or similar programs.Ability to be creative, innovative, flexible, independent, and collaborative.Ability to work and collaborate with a team.Strong time management and constructive problem-solving skills.Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsJD Degree.Minimum of five years of higher education experience.Salary InformationMinimum Starting Salary:$85,000Maximum Starting Salary:$93,000Note:Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.Union PositionNoPosting InformationPosting Number:A707PNumber of Vacancies:1Start Date:ASAPPosting Date:02/04/2025Special InstructionsFordham University is committed to excellence through diversity and welcomes candidates of all backgrounds.
