Ensuring compliance with internal policies• Support RFPs by organizing creation of RFP documents, meetings, receipt of documents and initial price comparisons• Providing basic problem resolution or point of contact for Purchasing procedures (policy, required documents, specifications, methods) and/or SAP system questions (requisition set-up, vendor search, etc.)• Contact vendors to clarify technical and logistical questions• Managing basic administration tasks (emailing, filing, organizing RFPs)• Manage the composition, issuance, changes, distribution of Purchase Orders and Contracts.• Conduct smaller purchases or negotiations (under instruction and review of senior buyer)• Other duties as assigned to support the department• Supporting the SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) rollout project and the team of buyers with administrative tasks• Focus on supporting the SRM project (new finance / purchasing system) and our project representatives• Supporting the buyers in administrative day to day business duties **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. ** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. ** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
