Responsibilities: Support the Lead Barista and Manager in overseeing daily café operations. Lead by example, demonstrating expertise in drink preparation, guest service, and teamwork. Assist with onboarding new hires and advancing current team members' skills. Manage daily shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and consistent product quality. Communicate regularly with the Manager on inventory, staffing feedback, and company initiatives. Ensure all operational and closing tasks are completed efficiently. Qualifications: 2+ year of leadership experience in a café or similar environment. Proven experience in a coffee-focused role. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. NYC Food Handler's License (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
