Job Description Performs all functions related to maintaining overall delivery operations, including great customer service, food safety, equipment management, cleanliness, and assisting teams as needed. Ensures a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers, clients, and teammates. We cannot emphasize it enough, all Parkday jobs require ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers at all times. All positions must be performed in accordance with team and client Standard Operating Procedures. All positions must ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations including Food Safety. Responsibilities Arrives on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work. Presenting yourself is one of the most important aspects of this role (and life!) An eye for aesthetics. Ensures the food and space look great at all times. A need for speed. At times we have to work fast, but smooth, to ensure service is on-time! Addresses customer needs in a timely and effective manner; surprises and delights customers with consistent, delightful, smiling service. Oversees on-site operations with a particular focus on displays, signage quality, safety, and customer service. Consistently communicates via Slack with our dispatch teams. Provides assistance to all teams as needed, including performing "dirty work" - wiping down tables, cleaning equipment and kitchen cutlery, etc. Responds to concerns in the absence of Parkday Leadership. Sets and achieves the highest standards in hospitality execution. Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines. Leads by example. Experience Must have experience in high-end catering, events, or NYC restaurants Food Handlers' License required Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Sometimes through long hallways and tall buildings. You are expected to find transportation to the service location(s) as you normally commute. Free lunch! Taken to-go after the shift is over.
