Job Description: As an IT Assistant Support, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting the organization's IT systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This includes providing technical support, managing hardware/software installations, and ensuring network security for all staff and guests. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to employees and guests regarding IT-related issues (hardware, software, network). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software systems. Maintain and update systems, including servers, workstations, and guest-facing devices. Ensure that the IT infrastructure is running smoothly for hotel operations, including POS systems, reservation software, and Wi-Fi networks. Perform routine backups and system checks to ensure data integrity and security. Collaborate with the IT supervisor to implement improvements and upgrades. Support and assist with software updates and patches. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards. Requirements : Proven experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. Familiarity with network administration and security protocols. Good understanding of IT systems used in the hospitality industry (e.g., reservation, POS, and management systems). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical individuals. A degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
