A modern fine-dining Chinese restaurant set to open in the heart of Beverly Hills, lead by a distinguished celebrity chef. We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join the team. Qualifications The position requires a minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale/fine dining Strong experience in upholding guest service standards Requires developed communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Ability to supervise, train and motivate multiple levels of employees. Ability to assess/evaluate other employees' performance in a fair and consistent manner. Required to work long hours including opening - closing Essential Job Responsibilities - Train, schedule, and delegate work assignments to all Front of House department team members including, but not limited to servers, server assistants, runners and hosts Work closely with the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including all front of house and back of house activities. Liaises between employees and General Manager Leading the FOH service team to ensure service standards are maintained. Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values Ensure the highest cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained Optimize guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving issue Address any employee and customer' concerns; escalate to General Manager if needed. Develop good guest relationships. Open and close restaurants. Assist with administrative tasks including managing and coordinating resy reservations, daily menu updates, and menu printing Physical Demands: Requires moderate physical effort, carrying, bending, pulling and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts without re
