The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to meet revenue goals in the region. This role involves direct management of sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensuring the effective execution of the value creation plan. The SVP will also be tasked with developing GTM market leaders, balancing short-term and long-term growth, and supporting the Chief Revenue Officer in all tactical elements of growth. To excel in this position, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years' GTM leadership experience in the B2B SaaS/software industry, with a proven track record of driving successful revenue growth. A strong background in both new logo and account management selling motions, as well as experience in highly regulated environments, is essential. The role requires exceptional analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to lead organizational change. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and cross-functional approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor a team. A thorough understanding of go-to-market strategy, P&L management, and experience in developing customer onboarding and success practices are also key requirements.
