Key Responsibilities: * Verify and maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all details match bills of lading, invoices, orders, and more. * Receive and examine incoming shipments, ensuring quality by rejecting damaged items and working with shippers to resolve discrepancies. * Pull and prepare daily orders for e-commerce, retail, and commercial shipments. * Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular audits and tracking. * Ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications and are prepared for delivery without issues. * Monitor and maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies. * Complete daily shipping tasks, including end-of-day reports, to ensure everything runs smoothly. * Work across various warehouse functions to support team needs. * Keep the workspace clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards. * Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards. * Perform other duties as needed to keep operations running efficiently. Qualifications & Requirements: * High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. * A minimum of 1-year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Previous experience with barcoding and automatic data collection preferred. * Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts when needed. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. * Must be comfortable lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as part of the physical requirements of the job. Physical Requirements: * Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear, with the ability to handle objects, tools, or controls. * Occasionally required to sit, climb, kneel, or stoop. * Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
