If you are a focused, results -driven, tenacious and highly flexible team player, we'll give you every opportunity to build a rewarding career with one of the world's foremost major lifestyle brand collectives Specific Responsibilities Would Include The Production Coordinator supports the production process post order placement, supports WIP milestone management and the execution of manufacturing orders to drive the on-time delivery of quality, profitable goods. Production Management: * Support production process effectively achieving product quality and on time delivery KPIs. * Works closely with Asia team and strategic manufacturing partners to ensure adherence to WIP management timing and achieve on time delivery. * Coordinates with factories on all issues related to the effective production and delivery of finished goods, focusing on the timely resolution of production issues. * Work with production management to problem solve on any potential shipment disruptions particularly as relates to cumulative production output and quality issues during inline and final inspection processes. * Generate and manage UPC reports and working closely with Avery Dennison on vendor marking and marketing trims. * Partners to ensure SAP system accuracy as relates to delivery performance. * Monitor IBT and PLM data accuracy as relates to style management in production. * Helps drive PP approval process to ensure on time delivery. Observes and assists as necessary during the fit / PP / Top process to alert of timing as relates to garment delivery. * Provide general administrative support to team as needed. * Assist in managing Brand and customer specific packaging directives for accuracy and updates. Production Sample Management: * Coordinate with factories on seasonal TOP and Marketing sample requirements. * Track and monitor packages for marketing, TOP samples to ensure timely delivery. * Check in and scan samples for product accuracy when received in the US. * Coordinate and distribute samples to marketing and sales accounts to ensure sales and marketing tools are available to Brand initiatives. Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have * Superior organizational and excellent communication skills; team oriented. * Ability to multi-task, rigorously meet deadlines; troubleshoot and problem solve * Solution oriented highly detail and meticulous self-starter. * Bachelor's Degree. * 3+ years' experience in apparel production and manufacturing. * Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques. * Knowledge of T&A Calendar and WIP Management. * Expertise in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Strong Excel skills * Proactive attitude; Resourceful, Responsible and Highly motivated, Creative and Enthusiastic In return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership. Salary Range: $68,640 - $75,000 At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
