Exciting New January Opening- Head Chef - Luxury Private Members' Club in New York Position: Head Chef Location: Manhattan, New York Salary: $110,000 per annum + KPI bonus Hours: 48 to 52 hours per week Sponsorship: Offered for the right candidate Start Date: ASAP - Jan / Feb We are thrilled to partner with the launch of a luxury private members' club set to debut on Madison Avenue in New York City. This historic location will house an exclusive retreat spanning two stories and 12,000 square feet, offering a unique blend of luxury and sophistication. Catering to UHNW clientele, including royals, billionaires, and celebrities, the club will feature exceptional Mediterranean fine dining, an upscale bar, and a variety of dining concepts designed to deliver both gourmet dining and casual sophistication. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring impeccable culinary standards. Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver exceptional Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Manage menu development, incorporating seasonal and innovative dishes. Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste to uphold the club's prestigious reputation. Oversee inventory management and liaise with purchasing teams for optimal stock control. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with senior management to refine operations and guest experiences. Mentor and develop junior kitchen staff, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment. Ideal Candidate: Extensive experience as a Head Chef in luxury or fine dining establishments. Mastery of Mediterranean cuisine with a creative flair for modern techniques. Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Experience in exclusive or private members' clubs is highly desirable. A proactive and solutions-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Flexibility to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday schedules as required.
