This role requires the development of AI-driven tools to streamline sales activities, significantly enhancing efficiency and lead management. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to foster a unified customer data ecosystem and lead the transformation of seller workflows for optimal user experience. Job Requirements: Design and implement solutions to improve sales processes and technology applications using AI and automation. Develop standard sales tools and workflows, reducing manual tasks and improving lead management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support dynamic account management with a comprehensive customer data system. Lead the redesign of end-to-end seller workflows to ensure an exceptional user experience. Utilize data-driven insights for design decisions, aligning solutions with business objectives and user needs. Must Have Skills: Proficiency in prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong background in user-centered design processes for web and mobile. Exceptional problem-solving capacities, especially in sales enhancements through digital transformation. Industry Experience Required: 3+ years in interaction or product design, preferably within sales or SaaS environments.
