The Data Analyst Level I is an entry-level position within the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for supporting the analysis of data to provide actionable insights. Under the guidance of senior Data Analysts, they contribute to various analytics projects aimed at solving business problems and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in performing quantitative or qualitative analysis to address business issues or questions under supervision. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and contribute to analytics initiatives. Support in capturing and clarifying business requirements related to data analytics projects. Assist in bridging the gap between Data Strategists and technical data development teams. Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of data analytics projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. Promote the value of data, analytics, and fact-based decisions across the organization under guidance. Assist in the investigation and exploration of data for new insights to business opportunities and challenges. Support in identifying additional requirements for future data roadmap requirements. REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field is a plus (0-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field). Basic proficiency in BI and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power BI.
