Role Overview The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (STAM) is to lead the recruitment function for a high-volume e-commerce organization. The STAM will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from forecasting staffing needs and developing innovative talent pipelines to optimizing hiring processes. This role will collaborate closely with HR, leadership, and business units to implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals, promote diversity, and drive the development of a high-performing workforce. Key Responsibilities Drive and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the high-volume hiring needs of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company growth. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, across all levels within the organization, from hourly roles to senior leadership positions, while developing and maintaining talent pipelines through creative sourcing techniques (e.g., passive candidate sourcing, partnerships with educational institutions, and social media platforms). Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes, systems, and workflows to ensure efficiency and provide a smooth, engaging experience for candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders. Regularly review and optimize the performance of applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline workflows and ensure alignment with company needs. Develop and manage key recruitment metrics and dashboards to track progress, measure performance, and inform strategic decision-making. Provide regular forecasting and analysis to senior leadership to ensure cost-effective use of recruitment resources. Foster strong partnerships with external organizations, job boards, and recruitment vendors, managing relationships to ensure cost-effective recruitment solutions and optimal platform performance. Implement and monitor employer branding strategies to strengthen the company's visibility and reputation in the marketplace. Partner with the team to create and optimize the company's onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires and supporting retention efforts. Serve as a subject matter expert for all talent acquisition activities, advising business leaders and hiring managers on best practices, compliance with employment laws (DOL, EEOC), and recruitment strategies that support organizational goals. Continuously enhance recruitment methodologies by evaluating new sourcing channels, technologies, and trends to improve efficiency and attract top talent. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, developing policies and practices that support equal opportunity and non-discriminatory hiring. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related field. 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment, preferably in e-commerce or retail. Proven experience recruiting across multiple levels, from hourly workers to senior leadership positions. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing recruitment strategies for diverse roles. Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with recruitment marketing tools and job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other digital platforms. Expertise in sourcing and screening techniques, including passive sourcing, social media recruitment, and grassroots methods. Experience with recruitment metrics and analytics, with the ability to develop and present data-driven reports to senior leadership. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Active listening skills are required to understand employee concerns and provide effective support. Light Lifting: Occasionally it may be required to lift or move items such as files, small office equipment, or boxes up to 15 pounds when assisting with department-related tasks or organizing materials. Visual and Auditory Demands: Ability to visually review documents and reports, as well as monitor employee performance and wellbeing through meetings, observations, and discussions.
