SUMMARY The Technical Product Lead will translate business processes into technical requirements and ensure timely project completion. The Technical Product Lead will play a key role in managing IT-driven initiatives and supporting the execution of strategic projects. This position drives operational efficiency, collaborates with business teams, and manages IT projects and vendors. A strong emphasis is placed on technical execution, including working with SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau. They will serve as a project manager for key applications, including our Transportation Management System (TMS) and pricing applications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IT Project Execution & Operations: Data mapping, data governance, and quality control to support data best practices. Understanding the company's application sources to ensure proper mapping and configuration. Act as the primary point of contact for IT project execution, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that align with business needs. Work hands-on with SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau, assisting with data structuring, visualization, and analysis. Support and troubleshoot integrations using tools such as Postman to analyze API payloads and resolve issues. Assist in documenting processes and training business users during transitions of IT solutions. Drive operational efficiencies through automation, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Business Alignment & Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure the successful adoption of IT solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure IT projects align with operational requirements and efficiency goals. Cross-Functional Support: Act as an IT liaison to business departments, ensuring technology solutions align with operational needs. Develop a deep understanding of IT systems to facilitate effective decision-making and project execution. Assist in documenting processes and training business users during transitions of IT solutions. Professional Development: Work closely with IT leadership to develop strategic skills and prepare for future leadership opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT project management, business technology, or technical product management. Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting. Hands-on experience managing and supporting TMS and pricing applications. Proven ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams by effectively translating requirements. Experience working with third-party vendors and managing system integrations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
