Lead corporate level financing & M&A transactions. Lead the sale of the platform. Core Competencies: Leadership - Build & lead high performing transaction execution teams. Stakeholder Management & Board Reporting - Strong executive presence with experience managing private equity investors, lenders, board members, and strategic partners. Project & Structured Finance - Expertise in structuring and closing asset-level financing for DG solar assets, including project debt and equity. Tax Equity Structuring - Proven ability to source, negotiate, and execute tax equity transactions to optimize capital structure and project returns. Capital Markets & Investor Relations - Strong network and experience raising capital from banks, tax equity investors, institutional funds, and private equity sponsors. M&A and Exit Strategy - Direct involvement in buy-side and sell-side transactions, platform sales, and recapitalizations in a PE-backed environment. Financial Strategy & Performance Management - Experience leading long-term financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and forecasting to drive enterprise value. Operational & Business Leadership - Ability to scale financial operations, implement systems and processes, and enhance operational efficiency within a growing organization.
