Are you passionate about EB-1As and O-1s? Do you have firsthand experience not only crafting compelling narratives for individuals with extraordinary ability but also managing the preparation and filing of EB-1As and O-1s in a fast-paced and high-volume environment? Boundless, a leading immigration tech company headquartered in Seattle, WA, is seeking a remote Managing Immigration Counsel with at least 3 years of experience with EB-1As and O-1s to act as the primary legal and strategic advisor for a portfolio of partnership clients. This is a high level and fully supported role working in a non-traditional legal setting with distributed team members in the U.S. and the Philippines. You will be part of a small and collaborative team within a 350+ company with a flat organizational structure where ideas are welcomed regardless of an employee's tenure. As Managing Immigration Counsel , you will oversee the production and approve the filing of EB-1As and O-1s all while using a proprietary technology platform for case and client management. Here are the key highlights about the role: Salary Range: $125,000 to $140,000 per year. Work Location: Fully Remote (with options for hybrid work if you are based in Seattle). Bar Admission: Seeking candidates admitted in Arizona or in jurisdictions with reciprocity with Arizona for admission on motion. (During the interview process, we will walk you through the reasons for this). Time Zone: West Coast preferred but will consider all U.S. time zones. Benefits: Generous benefits and perks for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors. Start Date: As soon as possible. Case Types You Will Work On: EB-1As and O-1s along with the occasional EB-2 NIW. The Day-to-Day: The attorney in this role will not be focused on case preparation, but instead will establish case strategy, review and approve work drafted by legal writers and attorneys, and manage high-touch client engagement. More About You You're deeply passionate about U.S. immigration law. This isn't just a job for you-it's a calling. You have 3-6 years of high-volume immigration experience with both routine and complex EB-1As and O-1s, a deep understanding of U.S. immigration law, are an excellent writer, and are comfortable setting tailored legal strategies and efficiently conducting evidence and case reviews. A Client Management Pro: Not only do you have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and engaging manner, you are adept at setting client expectations while being committed to excellent client service. Tech-Savvy: You leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance the client experience. You are excited about incorporating new tech and AI into your immigration practice.
