Line Cook

Limelight is a chef driven, seasonal restaurant. We have been around since September 2022. We are located in Germantown, TN. We are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience to our community as well as fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our staff. Our menu, which changes quarterly, is a combination of dishes, wine and cocktails that will introduce the guest to new seasonal flavors. We have been growing steadily in our time in Germantown and want to find the perfect fit for the kitchen team.  We are looking for someone who has had at least a year experience in something of similar caliber. We hope to hire on someone who is passionate about their position on the line and will really invest in what we are offering the community around us. As a Line Cook, you'll play a crucial role in preparing and cooking delicious dishes that delight our guests. You'll work in a collaborative environment, where teamwork and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented beautifully Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Qualifications Previous experience as a Line Cook, 1 year experience needed Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and a passion for food.
