As a Clinton County, Pennsylvania - based cannabis company, Terrapin is a pioneer in the emerging industry. Terrapin is a cultivator and processor of high-quality medical and recreational cannabis products with plans to open a retail footprint in Pennsylvania. With over 15 years of industry experience, Terrapin was licensed to operate in the Pennsylvania marketplace in 2017, growing to more than 170 employees. Retail expansion plans in Pennsylvania have created a need for a Dispensary General Manager.The Entry Level Gardener plays an important role in the maintenance and upkeep of a safe, clean, and compliant grow facility. It requires organizational skills, reliability, initiative, heightened productivity, and a strong affinity toward cleanliness. It is a necessity to understand the laws that govern operations in a cultivation facility as to ensure Terrapin Care Station maintains safe and compliant practices at all times. The Entry Level Gardener will report to either the Head Grower or the Assistant Head Grower for daily assignments and directives.Duties and ResponsibilitiesHave a basic knowledge of all laws governing garden operations and maintain compliance in all actions surrounding daily activities.Keep the garden floors, shelves, tables, walls, and all work areas clean and sanitized at all timesHave a general knowledge of daily garden operations in order to fulfill tasks that have been assignedScrub and Clean grow tables after every harvest eventWash pots thoroughly after every transplant eventUnderstand Pesticide and Fertilizer safe handling and applicationReport any items that may be needed to the grow manager so they can be purchased in a timely mannerMinimum Qualifications and RequirementsCurrent State Mandated Badge or Background Check.Must be willing to undergo Worker Protection Standards training regarding pesticide use and best practicesMust possess a willingness to learn and maintain job flexibility at all times as duties may changeMust be a good listener who can follow directions carefully and respond to the requests of the management teamBenefitsParental Leave upon 1 yr of employmentHealth insurance Paid time offDental insurance401(k) w/company match upon 1yr of employmentVision insuranceLife insuranceHealth savings accountIf you require a reasonable accommodation, you may contact us at About TerrapinTerrapin is a cultivator, processor and provider of high-quality medical and recreational cannabis products.
