Location: Langhorn, PA (On-site).Key Responsibilities:Schedule coverage as needed with approval for overtime.Assign shift duties and monitor completion.Complete probationary and annual reviews as needed.Initiate disciplinary actions as needed.Review shift summaries and incident reports for accuracy and timeliness.Review time sheets for accuracy and initial.Ensure patient units are clean, orderly and in safe condition.Complete maintenance requests as needed.Conduct monthly fire drills as scheduled and submit written report.Monitor medication dispensation; review MARS and shift reports for accuracy and timeliness.Assists in assuring daily program activities: transports patients, coordinates group activities, and supervises all recreational activities.Communicates all pertinent care information to the Program Director.Help with coverage of vacations, sick time, etc.Record patient behavior, problems, issues in communication log in a timely, legible, and helpful manner.Maintain professional demeanor at all times.Safely transports clients in company vehicles.Reports all motor vehicle incidents to supervisor no matter how slight.Maintains the offices, residences, equipment and services of the company in a manner that preserves the dignity and provides for the comfort and safety of all individuals admitted for treatment as well as staff and visitorsCommunicates general environmental observations and issues to Program DirectorQualifications and Requirements:Associates Degree, preferred; CBHT, preferred. Valid Driver License (Less than 3 points)1-2 years' of experience in the field of behavioral and/or mental health, required.
