The Key Account Manager will oversee the overall onsite management program and team while working to build trust and strengthen relationships throughout the entire organization. He/she will be the liaison between the recruiting team and onsite team and be responsible for the new hire experience for our teammates. General Requirements: * A business acumen and strategy-driven intellect in a manufacturing environment * Excellent organizational and leadership skills * An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication skills on all organizational levels * Comfortable speaking to large and small groups * Ability to zoom in and zoom out in a constantly changing environment * Working knowledge of MS office and google apps, eager to learn other software * Knowledge of employment law and HR guidelines * Building, Leading, and mentoring teams * Project Management skills * Physical aptitude for floor presence in a manufacturing environment * Ability to show your work and be intentional in recommendations Trendspotting: * Consistent Turnover analysis: Analyze turnover daily and collect exit interview results. Determine patterns and trends, address the concerns with the recruiting team, and make suggestions on our vetting process. Address concerns with Manpower Coordinators and Group Leaders. Address concerns with Senior Management with suggestions for solutions. * Develop, implement, and maintain retention strategies with technology and through the onsite team: This will be an ongoing, ever-evolving process that requires consistent attention. Manage our "playbook" and strengthen our communication through SenseHQ to address minor concerns before they become big problems. Manage our Check-Up program and analyze emerging trends. * Meet stakeholder requirements and achieve key business objectives by implementing a structured approach for delivering consistent results. * Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual updates on the progress of key work to various audiences across the business, ranging from ClHR to Onin Management team. * Develop customer-facing tracking and reporting for trends and recommendations. Working with/through People: * Aggressively but professionally grow market share by seeking out new orders from supervisors across campus * Prepare and drive meetings with Flex senior management while providing supporting data * Become the glue between Onin team and client managers: Constantly analyzing our processes and identifying where we can become more efficient and effective. * Work closely with Onin support teams such as IT, Marketing, HR, and Strategic Growth to determine opportunities and capabilities for program enhancements * Assist in coordination and continuous improvement of New Hire Orientation * Preparing and Managing QBR's with the Onin team assistance * Partner with branch and recruiters to ensure client order needs are met, also to identify market trends and needs for improvements Other Attributes: * Ability to build internal and external relationship, as well as lead and observe conversations at all levels of the organization * Direct and indirect leadership skills including the ability to inspire others to follow * Strong judgment and decision-making, as well as the ability to see a decision through to completion and pivot accordingly * Effectively demonstrate the core values of Onin through values and integrity * Ability to hire and develop a team * Great listener & communicator, Tenacious/Resilient/Flexible/Confident * Energetic/Enthusiastic/Motivating, excellent time management skills, service oriented * Track record of success effecting change in a manufacturing environment Benefits: Every ÅŒnin job comes with our amazing Oninite Total Rewards program, designed to give you the tools you need to protect your health, your money and the people and things you care about.
