Financial Controller - Manufacturing

The client is seeking a Financial Controller with experience in the manufacturing sector for their Corporate HQ in the Greater Boston area. This role involves overseeing Global Accounting Consolidations and transfer pricing for Domestic and International business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global consolidations, transfer pricing, and team leadership. The Controller will work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership, requiring strong communication and leadership skills.Responsibilities for the Financial Controller position include managing general accounting functions, overseeing financial reporting, and leading the accounting team. The role also involves working on strategic initiatives and providing financial analysis to support decision-making. The client is looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the manufacturing industry and experience working for an International business.
