Lead client relationships with key media outlets and reporters. Lead crisis communications planning and response. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to inform communications strategy. Manage a team of communications professionals to execute on strategy and deliver results. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic communications, media relations, or public relations, preferably in the clean energy or environmental sector. Strong writing and editing skills are essential, as well as experience managing a team and working with senior leadership. A bachelors degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field is required. The Vice President, Strategic Communications will report to the President and work closely with the senior leadership team to drive CGAs mission forward.
