SNI has partnered with a long-standing Private Equity client who is hiring a CFO to run one of their portfolio companies near Ventura, California. This is a great opportunity to lead a high functioning Accounting team for an established manufacturing company that is liquid, profitable, and well positioned for growth. The CFO will play a key part in taking the company through a future sale. Targeted compensation is approximately $240K - $285K base plus an equity package. Please clearly outline any relevant Private Equity and Manufacturing experience on your resume for faster consideration. The ideal candidate: Manufacturing experience in a PE environment is a firm requirement from our client. Expertise leading heavy inventory, cash forecasting, and bank covenant compliance. Experience leading a portfolio company through a sale is a plus. CPA and public accounting background are highly preferred. Hands-on Accounting & Finance leadership for a middle market company ($30 - $80M). Local candidate able to work 5 days/week near Ventura, California (not considering relocation candidates at this point).
