Landscape Crew Member

* Perform all assigned set-up, work area maintenance, clean up and closedown procedures and duties. * Exhibit courteous, pleasant conduct with all people always. Daily Responsibilities: * Trim grass around all KKPOA owned buildings and entrances. * Remove any debris in parking lots, using a blower and hand tools. * Maintain proper gas mixture for each trimmer or blower being used. Report equipment problems to supervisor. * Remove leaves and debris from lawns, parking lots and flower beds. * Assist with irrigation repairs. * Assist with planting annual flowers and bushes. * Maintain mulch/pine needles in all flower beds. * Wear safety equipment while operating trimmers, blowers, mowers or performing other duties requiring safety equipment. * Perform other duties assigned by supervisor. General Responsibilities: * Perform all assigned set-up, work area maintenance, clean up and closedown procedures and duties. * Exhibit courteous, pleasant conduct with all people always. * Must be 18 years of age. * Must have a valid Driver's License. * Available to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed, in addition to regular scheduled hours. * This job may require stooping, bending, or lifting up to 80 lbs.
