Home Time- Drivers will stay out minimum of 10 days home for 48 hour full reset on Saturdays & Sundays *Shift Start Time- Day & Evening ShiftsDetails of Work- No live loads at pick up location all trailers are preloadedDriver will take trailers to dedicated store locationsTOUCH FREIGHT- NOUNLOADING - NOLive Loads- YES 20%Freight- Dry Van/ ReeferDrop & Hook- 80%2300-3000 miles weekly Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and logs according to DOT regulations.Operate truck safely and apply knowledge of commercial driver regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicles in difficult situation.May be required to drive combinations with variety of trailers such as dry van, reefer, flat bed, manual transmissions etc.Perform vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance before, during and after trips and record any defects they find. Ability to execute maximum force to lift, push, pull or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. **********The above description covers the principal duties and responsibilities of the job.
