Key Responsibilities: Process and manage project-related documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Review and interpret project specifications and drawings. Perform quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage project buy-out, progress reporting, and change management. Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in project activities. Monitor trade-specific schedules and maintain submittal logs. Develop and maintain strong subcontractor and supplier relationships. Ensure projects meet production timeline benchmarks. Coordinate and execute procurement needs promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and techniques. Ability to apply problem-solving principles to construction challenges. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
