Learning and Performance Coordinator Work Location: This is a remote position with onsite work at our Bedford, MA office as needed. Support the administration of training and development activities as well as specialized work in planning, developing, coordinating and implementing programs and services. JOB SUMMARY:Coordinate various aspects of learning and performance administration and day-to-day operations to support development, delivery and maintenance of learning and performance programs and solutions. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist in planning and organizing learning and performance programs and activities under the direction of the program lead, directly engaging with participants.2. Coordinate daily training activities, including event management, participant enrollments, logistical needs, equipment needs, evaluations, and post-training follow-up. Drive required training curriculums to achieve departmental goals.3. Collaborate with the program lead to maintain supporting materials and tools to meet program goals and deliverables.4. Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external business partners and vendors, acting as a liaison between employees and the department. Including primary support of our department inbox and calendar.5. Troubleshoot and resolve pre, on-site, and post-program activities to ensure successful training execution, working closely with the project/program lead.6. Create and maintain department communications and process materials, ensuring accuracy and program support. Recommend edits and collaborate with the program lead or department leaders.7. Maintains intranet site to ensure program/initiative support as well as accuracy of information.8. Maintain and analyze established data reporting and general trending analysis on critical statistics for learning and performance programs, working with the program lead.9. Coordinate and manage invoices and purchase orders for learning and performance programs and training activity expenses.10. Support new hire and employee training requests, collaborating with program lead or department leaders.11. Assist with testing and enhancement activities in support of learning and performance programs or training delivery activities, including online courses and virtual/ live classroom setups ensuring accuracy and department quality standards.12. Actively participate in new learning initiatives and program rollout activities, maintaining collaborative material sites. Maintain program/ project plans and drive deliverables collaborating with the Program/ Project Lead.13. Collaborates, coordinates and communicates across disciplines and departments.14. Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.15. Demonstrates Company's Core Competencies and values held within.16.
