The Role: As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will manage recruiting initiatives for business units along with managing a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialists who manage the hiring/candidate interview and onboarding process, and thrive in creating a top-notch candidate and hiring manager onboarding experience. Additionally, this role will support talent acquisition initiatives around increasing marketing/branding awareness, vendor relationships, Workday systems improvements, and talent operations. What You'll Do: Act as Talent Acquisition Lead in creating world-class processes and efficiencies to create a positive hiring manager & candidate experience at all stages of candidate interviews & onboarding. The talent team's long-term mission is to build a core competency in hiring that provides a sustainable competitive advantage. Develop a deep understanding of the team's dynamics, and continue to coach, grow and develop each of their skill sets and provide opportunities for growth and success. Oversee the service delivery of full life cycle recruiting with an emphasis on process excellence and a great candidate experience. Assist Talent Acquisition leadership in managing relationships with various vendors, maximizing opportunities in creating strong relationship and marketing/branding awareness. Assist with managing departmental PO's, invoices, expenses, etc. Assist Talent Acquisition Leadership in executing marketing/brand awareness, career fairs, etc. Maintain a cadence of communications with hiring progress with Leadership teams including bi-weekly reports, analysis, etc., and monitor track KPI's. Collaborate with global colleagues to lead improvement initiatives on key processes to enhance service delivery experience for hiring managers, Talent Advisors, and candidates. Implement best practices that are consistently executed throughout the hiring processes. What We Seek: 6+ years executing multiple full lifecycle recruiting assignments. Experience in managing and coordinating multiple administrative duties within the Talent Acquisition function, specifically focused on candidate interview and onboarding process/experience. Track record of delivering and being productive in a team environment with a high sense of urgency and commitment. Passionate about business and the impactful contribution great talent can make to an organization. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability. Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and how those needs fit into the corporate/business structure. Strong leadership attributes.
