You will be passionate about all elements of the colleague life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention). This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR generalist that is ready to take the next step in their career as a leader. This is a remote position that will require travel to our hotel properties located in the Western United States. The ideal candidate will live in the Pacific or Mountain time zone. What You'll Do Recruit top talent for our hotels, focusing on both salaried and hourly positions across our entire portfolio. Direct and support hotel leaders with our recruiting processes and procedures. Onboard our new hires and lead orientation sessions. Support associate performance management. Establish relationships with our hotel teams, collaborating to drive team engagement. Partner with managers to grow and develop associates. Support colleague appreciation and recognition efforts. Guide and counsel the hotel management team and associates on employee relations concerns. Manage the administration of wages and benefits at the property level. Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to human resources. Embody our culture and core values. What You Bring to the Table 3-5 years of HR experience (recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement). Hotel operations or hospitality experience is a plus. A passion for collaboration. A strong ability to multi-task. Proactive and creative. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with feedback.
