We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to lead our email marketing strategy and improve our engagement and conversion metrics. As Capchase scales, this role will continue to grow and evolve. It's an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career with some B2B tech marketing experience who is looking to roll up their sleeves and get a lot of learning-on-the-job experience at a fast-growing fintech start-up. What will you do? Implement Comprehensive Email Strategies: Refine and execute our lifecycle email marketing strategy to boost engagement and conversions. Enhance Customer Segmentation: Develop advanced segmentation and personalization tactics to improve targeting and relevance. Optimize Email and Non-email Campaign Performance: Continuously test and refine campaigns to maximize performance and results. Create Customer Journey Maps: Develop detailed maps of customer journeys to effectively influence customer behavior. Content Management: Own and manage content for customer and prospect campaigns and newsletters, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice. Collaborate with RevOps: Partner with the Revenue Operations and Growth teams to quickly iterate on content, ensuring optimal lead generation performance. General marketing effort support: Helping where needed across all marketing channels including paid, events, social, etc. Who are you? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or digital marketing in the B2B tech industry. Proven experience in customer segmentation and personalization strategies. Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools. Interest in and ability to create and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency. Extra Credit Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation specifically. Experience with customer journey mapping. Experience at a financial technology company.
