To support the teams working on our exciting projects, we are looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Temp) In the United States - Atlanta | Boston | Chicago | New York Simon-Kucher is seeking a temporary Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to play a key role in our North America Talent Acquisition team. This hands-on position will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive an effective and strategic hiring process. This will be a 6-month position with possible extension. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will focus on supporting experienced hiring across all levels of Professional Services. The Senior TA Manager will be responsible for enhancing and executing the firm's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a seamless and high-impact hiring experience. How you will create an impact: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Partner, Director, and Professional level searches. Conduct consultative intake calls, partnering with Human Resources and hiring managers. Develop comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates. Lead recurring calibration progress meetings on active searches. Proactively drive candidate progress and play a pivotal role in decision-making. Establish talent networks in the market. Contribute to the knowledge base of the broader executive recruiting function. Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with key internal stakeholders. Succeed in a performance and metric-driven environment. Your profile: 7 -10 years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience. 3+ years of experience in Executive/Partner/Managing Director recruiting. Experience recruiting in the Professional Services industry preferred. Experience leading a portfolio of complex requisitions. Demonstrated experience working with and influencing multiple key stakeholders. Excels in an ambiguous environment. Sense of urgency and ownership from start to finish. Experience with defining program requirements and using data and metrics. Experienced in Excel functions and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional Notes: This job will be hybrid in the Atlanta, Boston, Chicago or New York office. The pay range for this position in Boston and New York is $60-$70/hour.
