Risbo is looking for a BREAKFAST/LUNCH LINE COOK. 4 days a week. Schedule to be determined. 1 year minimum experience. Starting at $18/hr. Rate increases for the right candidate. Don't need much experience, but need to be willing to learn and looking to grow in the industry. YOU MUST LOVE FOOD, LOVE WHAT YOU DO AND BE PASSIONATE. Risbo is an elevated fast casual French Rotisserie in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Skills required: YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO MAKE: a soup, a stew, a jus, a stock, a vinaigrette, a mayonnaise, etc... MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW RECIPES Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy and efficiency. Multi-tasking is a must. High level understanding of cooking temperatures (Rotisserie Protein) Keeps space clean and organized as directed Set up line and work area efficiently knowledge of food preparation and ingredients Efficient knife skills Fast learner Works well with others Finds flow in repetitive actions Food Handlers certified Must be proficient English speaking Must have weekend availability.
